Thank you for shopping with Bud & Blossom ‘Creatives’. This policy outlines our shipping and delivery procedures for all orders placed through budandblossom.co.za.
Crafted-to-Order Production
All physical products are individually crafted to order from original artworks by Tanja van Biljon. Please allow 14–21 working days for production before dispatch.
This lead time applies to all products including scatter pillows, placemats, and tote bags. You will receive an email notification when your order enters production and again when it is dispatched.
Courier Partner & Delivery Times
We ship nationwide across South Africa via Courier Guy.
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–5 working days depending on your location.
Estimated total timeline:
Production: 14–21 working days
Dispatch notification: Email with tracking number
Delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Package weight and dimensions
- Delivery destination within South Africa
Free shipping: Orders over R1,500 (excl. VAT) qualify for FREE standard shipping within South Africa.
All prices on the website exclude VAT.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
You can track your delivery:

- At https://www.courierguy.co.za
Haven’t received a tracking number? Your piece may still be in production. Please allow 14–21 working days before dispatch.
Transit Insurance
All orders are insured during transit via Courier Guy.
In the unlikely event of damage during delivery, please report within 48 hours of receipt by emailing info@budandblossom.co.za with:
- Clear photographs of the damage
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Delivery Addresses
We deliver to residential and business addresses across South Africa.
International shipping is not currently available. For international enquiries, please contact us to discuss options on a case-by-case basis.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect address information.
Local Collection
Collection from our Germiston studio is available by appointment only.
You will be notified via email and WhatsApp when your order is ready for collection. Studio address details will be provided in the collection notification.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to:
- An incorrect or incomplete address
- Recipient unavailability after multiple attempts
Redelivery fees may apply. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at your cost.
